Life Realms

Any given realm where life exists.

Typically referred to as 'the life realm' by those outside of the life realms. As realms of life are the only place where human souls (otherwise known as 'untouched' or 'pure' souls) reside. Although, there are plenty of realms where the main residents are not actually human, humans are the most prominent in these realms. Natural life realms do not contain (or rather, SHOULD NOT contain) demons or angels of any kind.

There are however, portals, heavily guarded in the two death realms, that lead directly into life realms, though these are unnatural occurrences. Portal holes will appear and disappear within life realms, and nobody's quite sure how it works, or why there are portal gates in death realms to begin with, but demons and angels have always taken advantage of these portals regardless.

Tera Realm

A fantasy medieval world of humans overrun by demons.

The world consists of few large continents and multiple islands.

One of the main powerhouses of the world is the Island of Edin. Though it is smaller than many of the continents on the planet, it is dubbed one of the most powerful in terms of financial stability, people, technology and kingdom strength.

The Mainland is off the coast of Edin and is the largest continent on the planet and consists of many different countries. Often at war with one another.

To many, this creature is seen as a god and worshipped as one in exchange for great and powerful psychic abilities. To others, this beast is seen as an unholy eldritch terror in command over power-hungry human followers that are bent on devouring the planet whole. A planet alone and in need of help. Death Realms

Any given realm where souls (after passing through purgatory) end up after death.

There are only two realms where souls accumulate after death in a life realm: Heaven and Hell, the death realms. The final destination for every soul in existence. To get to Heaven or Hell, one must pass through Purgatory first.

• The death realms are essentially just one 'planet' floating atop Purgatory's waters.
• The death realms are so immensely vast that no one has ever reached all four corners of it.
• Both death realms are 'flat' worlds (surrounded by The Fade / The Wall).

Having won the final battle between Heaven and Hell, the Heaven realm remains rich in water magics and grand architecture. Governed by the High Council of Angels, the world runs like clockwork. Each angel citizen (commonly known as Essence) has a designated job and living quarters decided at their soul's creation and emergence into Heaven.

The world inhabitants covet the powerful and purifying magics of water above all else, and often visit various life realms to acquire it. While the Angels like to boast that they are the highest and purest of beings in existence, far greater than the lowly Demons in which they share kin, there is a darkness to their society—one that falls upon blissfully blinded eyes; however, once one glances behind the diamond embroidered curtains, such stains become impossible to unsee...

Purgatory

Every soul comes here eventually; some end up here more than others...

The place where all the Realms and Pocket Realms converge, sailing endlessly across black shimmery waters of the in-between.

You can enter and reincarnate into any world from Purgatory, if you can find it. Or the dark creatures that stalk these waters, in search of creating a new angel or demon, will find you first; bringing you to the final destination realms: Heaven and Hell.

Once a soul has been brought to one of the two Death Realms, there is no longer a chance to reincarnate into a new life realm creature. The soul will then begin the final process of its creation. A type of innocence will be lost during this process. And while some souls do not survive these excruciating and testing trials, those that do will reach their final soul's shape. Entering into Heaven or Hell a new creature, with no memories of its past existences, but utilizing those unique experiences for what they once were. These Death Realms are where the Newling demon/angel shall exist for the remainder of their existence.
