Death Realm Logic
THERE ARE ONLY TWO REALMS WHERE SOULS ACCUMULATE AFTER DEATH IN A LIFE REALM.
HEAVEN AND HELL: THE DEATH REALMS.
THE FINAL DESTINATION FOR EVERY SOUL IN EXISTENCE. TO GET TO HEAVEN OR HELL, ONE MUST PASS THROUGH PURGATORY FIRST.
Hell's Calendar
- Hell Has 2 Suns
- Hell has 72 hours in a day
- Typically 30 days a month
- 6 months in a year
- 180 days in a year
The planet is flat (surrounded by The Fade)
The two suns are often referred to as "The Day Eyes"
The two moons are often referred to as "The Night Eyes"
2 suns up = FullLight
Hottest time of day and the most demons favour sleeping during this time.
1 sun goes down= First Night (technically still one sun still in the sky, but it is a bit darker).
It is not uncommon for demons to start their day during this time.
2nd sun goes down= True Night (darkness)
This is the busiest part of the day for most demons as the heat becomes bearable to be out in.
* Most days the moons are out during the day anyway, but they are especially bright when both the suns have set for True Night.
Blink Days
Sometimes The Night Eyes are mysteriously suddenly missing. No one has been able to find a pattern with these moments.
These days are often referred to as "Blink" days.
Half Blink days when only one moon is missing.
Full Blink days when both moons are missing.
Blink days affect everyone differently, but it is common to feel drained and magically exhausted. (More so on Full Blink days)
Demons are generally quite irritable on these days, but also too sluggish to do much physical fighting either, though if they do fight, the fights are short lived and half assed.
It's common practice to just eat and try to relax all day when this happens, as well as avoid your enemies (or anyone in general) - else you'll get into a snapping match without much resolve until the next day when the Night Eyes have opened again.
The Blink days only last about 72 hours, but in rare occasions, a little more than 2 days.

In recent years many of the denizens that exist across Hell have noticed the absence of their once mighty and present king.
Zathura has not been seen in many, many years.
His castle has been sealed off, and many wonder if he even lives there anymore at all... But if not in there, where?
While the control of the other three Fire Lords has reached into Zathura's domain to pick up the pieces of his seeming absence, the cities residing within this once great kingdom have fallen into lawless ruin. Many demons seek this domain now when they are running from a pursuer, or towards their own freedom.

The Fade
A white mist that shrouds the borders of Hell. No one goes in, for no one ever comes out.
All but the Fire Lords, however.
The only four demons capable of lighting the way through the dense mystery of an Unknown.
Yet, their senseless greed to obtain anything that can grovel at their feet, has blinded them to what they truly seek.
Claiming to have found nothing in the Fade's ghostly haze, they've turned back to settle on their thrones in Hell.
The fade is nothing and therefore, there is nothing.
They will not bother the journey again.
